With the steering box in place the throttle assembly can be installed. It was a little bit fiddly but it soon became obvious where everything was supposed to go.

The throttle assembly has been boxed up in the basement since September last year when it was reconditioned
Top section in place, using new stainless UNF fixings
Lower section and springs installed. I used a lighter weight spring for the “last 25 % of travel” (smaller spring) as the one I took off required for more muscle than I possess to get back on again!
Finally… the push rod to the throttle body.

Next step was to set the correct pedal travel and pinch up all the crimp bolts…. and most importantly, set the throttle stop bolt in the foot well correctly.
